1 [PROPOSED] ORDER
2 Before the Court is an ex parte application submitted by Terra-Gen Development,
3 Company, LLC and Edwards Solar, LLC (together, Terra-Gen). Pursuant to section 387 of the
4 Code of Civil Procedure, Terra-Gen seeks an order granting it leave to intervene in this action
5 (Motion). Having fully considered the matter, and good cause appearing, the Court rules as
6 follows:
7 1. The Motion is granted in full and Terra-Gen is a party to this action.
8 2. Terra-Gen shall file and serve its proposed answer-in-intervention in substantially
9 the same form as attached as Exhibit E to the Declaration of Navi S. Dhillon within the 30-day
10 deadline set forth in section 1089.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
11 3. Counsel for Terra-Gen shall promptly file and serve a notice of entry of this order
12 on all parties.
