The Court hereby certifiesas a Co class as follows: All of Defendants’ current and former non-exempt employees in 11 California during the period between August 17, 2014 and 12 January 21.2020. 13 Judgment isentered by which the Settlement Class Members, except those who timely submitted 14 a request for exclusion (opt-outs), is conclusively determined to have provided a release of, and 15 i, permanently enjoined and forever barred from asserting, the Released Claims against the Released 16 jel Parties, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement. 14 individuals opted out of the Settlement and are therefore not bound by the terms of this Judgment.
