Final Approval of Class Action Settlement,

Judgment shall be entered whereby Plaintiffs Denise Krake
and Suzi McClain (“Plaintiffs”) and all Settlement Class Members shall take nothing from Defendants

Central Valley Diner, Inc.,West Coast Diner Management, Inc.,Yadav Enterprises, Inc. and Anil Yadav
except as expressly set forth in the Stipulation of Class Action

Settlement and Release of Claims
(“Settlement Agreement”). The Court hereby certifiesas a

class as follows:
All of Defendants’ current and former non-exempt employees in
11 California during the period between August 17, 2014 and
12 January 21.2020.
13 Judgment isentered by which the Settlement Class Members, except those who timely submitted
14 a request for exclusion (opt-outs), is conclusively determined to have provided a release of, and

permanently enjoined and forever barred from asserting, the Released Claims against the Released
16

Parties, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement. 14 individuals opted out of the Settlement and are
therefore not bound by the terms of this Judgment. The individuals who opted out of the Settlement are
18 identified on Exhibit A attached hereto.
19 This Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to all matters related to the administration and
20 consummation of the Settlement, and any and all claims, asserted in, arising out of, or related to the
21 subject matter of the lawsuit, including but not limited to allmatters related to the Settlement and the
ze determination of all controversies relating thereto.
