                    Plaintiff's  unopposed    motion    to compel   defendant    to provide   dates  for deposition   is granted.

                  Defendant    Cameron     Park  Senior   Living  Center   LLC   shall  provide   plaintiff with  dates  available

                  in the months    of August,   September,     and  October   for taking  the  out-of-state   deposition   of non-
