ATTACHMENT TO CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT
Attachment 4a:
Plaintiff alleges the following causes of action against Defendant Chico State Enterprises
(“CSE”) and Defendant Board of Trustees of the California State University (“Board”)
(collectively “Defendants”): (1) disability discrimination under the FEHA; (2) age discrimination
under the FEHA; and (3) failure-to-prevent discrimination under the FEHA.
Attachment 4b:
Plaintiff alleges she was hired by both the Board and CSE in August 2005 as a Grant/Contract
Analyst. Plaintiff claims she was denied a promotion because of her age and history of having
cancer. She claims Defendants then terminated her for those same reasons on July 8, 2019.
Defendant, the Board, denies it was Plaintiff’s employer. Defendants further deny Plaintiff’s
remaining allegations.
Plaintiff seeks general and special damages, including lost past and future income, and attorney’s
fees.
