THE PRESIDING JUDGE of the Superior Court of California, County of San
Francisco, is hereby authorized to assign this matter to a judge of the court pursuant to Code
of Civil Procedure section 404 and rule 3.524 of the California Rules of Court to sit as
coordination motion judge to determine whether the included actions listed below are
complex (rule 3.502), and if so, whether coordination of those actions is appropriate. If the
coordination motion judge grants the petition for coordination, the judge must (1) recommend
