The Father informs the Court that he has reached out to Emily Bernard to schedule his co-parenting
orientation and his appointment is this coming Monday, 7/13/20.
The Court Orders:
The Request for Domestic Violence Restraining Order: Dismissed without prejudice.
Temporary Restraining Orders terminate effective today.
The parties must complete at least 6 sessions of co-parenting therapy with Emily Bernard prior to
returning to court. Once the parties have completed co-parenting therapy, they are to have a Report
from E. Bernard filed with the Court indicating how many sessions occurred, if the parties were
cooperative, and any issues addressed. There shall be no Child Custody Recommending Counseling
without proof of completion of co-parenting therapy.
The current custody order stated on the Amended Temporary Restraining Order shall remain in full force
and effect with the following modification:
Exchanges shall be at the Merced Police Department inside the lobby if possible. If the lobby is closed at
the time of exchange the exchange shall occur at the front door of the Merced Police Department where
the security cameras are. There shall be no exception for contact at the time of exchange.
Attorney S. Albertoni shall prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing.
