1. That I am the father of Lynda J. Lombardo who died on July 6, 2008, a resident of
the City and County of San Francisco, California, and her sole heir at law.
2. As the sole heir of Lynda J. Lombardo | am entitled to receive all of the estate of
Lynda J. Lombardo.
1 have one surviving adult child, namely: Richard J. Lombardo.
3. I hereby renounce one-half of the Estate of Lynda J. Lombardo, relinquish any
claim that I may have to that portion of the Estate of Lynda J. Lombardo, and request that the
Administrator of the Estate of Lynda J. Lombardo distribute that portion of the estate to my son
in the same manner as if I had predeceased Lynda J. Lombardo with respect to that portion.
4, Nothing in this disclaimer shall operate to disclaim the remaining portion of the
estate,
