Wiss. Intervenor Terri Maxon filed a brief in opposition to the Ex Parte Application. J. Scott Miller appeared for ILG; Lindbergh Porter, Jr. appeared for Wells Fargo; Mark Chavez appeared for Intervenor Terri Maxon and Kevin J. McInerney appeared for the Lofton class. Having fully considered the matter and good cause appearing: The Court issues a stay based upon Code of Civil Procedure section 918(a) as follows: (1) further proceedings and enforcement of the Court’s July 16, 2015 Order are stayed until 20 days after the last date on which a notice of appeal from that Order could be filed; or (2) if an appeal is perfected or if a writ is filed, further proceedings and enforcement of the Court’s July 16, 2015 Order are stayed until thirty days after issuance of a remittitur or the final determination of any writ proceeding arising out of that Order. This Court makes no finding as to whether review of its June 16, 2015 order is appropriately sought by writ or by appeal. The issuance of this stay should not be interpreted, as argued by ILG, that this Court’s Order of June 16, 2015 constitutes a mandatory injunction. IT IS SO ORDERED.
