     [Proposed] Status Conference Order
On June 10, 2020 at 1:30pm counsel appeared at a case status review via

     CourtCall. Appearing were Susan Brandt-Hawley, attorney for petitioners Pomeroy

     Eichler Neighborhood Preservation Society, et al., Amy Higuera, attorney for

     Respondent City of Santa Clara, et al., and Ed Kraus, attorney for Real Party in Interest,

     Daryoush Marhamat.

             It was determined that the hearing on the merits of the petition will take place on

     July 29, 2020 at 1:30pm in Department 1 of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. All
