On 03/30/2017 Nelly Allen Gabueva, CEO of ALIEN ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION, PBC,
falsely represented herself as a licensed immigration attorney and signed a contract
with my client for provision of legal services in the field of US Immigration and
Nationality Law. Nelly Allen Gabueva stated that ALIEN ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION,
PBC is a pro bono organization, a nonprofit helping immigrants with filing for asylum.
The organization raises funds on facebook
https://www,facebook.com/donate/1219627521496612/ advertising: "Our association
would help those vulnerable people gratuitously." Rather than provide gratuitous
help to vulnerable people, the organization practices law without a license and
charges immigrants thousands of dollars for low quality legal work. Marina Nazarova,
the agent for service of process and Nelly Allen Gabueva, CEO of ALIEN ASSISTANCE
ASSOCIATION, PBC advertise their legal services on their websitehttp://www. ilgsf.com/ The organization does not have any licensed attorneys among

its personnel and violates California Business and Professions Code Section 6125. My
client was damaged in the amount of $4,500 and her asylum application was untimely
filed and prepared by people without a license.

In attempt to resolve the issue, we contacted Nelly Allen Gabueva. Ms, Allen denied
any responsibility, accused my client of stealing her file and corporate seal from her
office, alleged that my client forged her signatures.

We are seeking full refund of the legal fees paid to non-lawyers from ALIEN
ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION, PBC and request that this organization be audited and

prosecuted for unlawful practice of law in the State of California.

Nelly Allen Gabueva and Marina Nazarova compieted a: one-
year master's program at the Golden Gate University in San

passed the Bar exam.

contracts with clients. The seal reads that iLawGroup, LLP
was registered in Tbilisi, in Georgia, in 2014. What this seal
and organization is doing in California is not clear, It is also
not clear why the seal is in English, and not in Georgian.

When I presented copies of receipt and the contract to Nelly
Allen Gabueva, she said that my client had stolen the seat
