sum of $274,500.00, and interest, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Monroe County on
February 27, 2007 in Book 21036 Page 0680 Instrument No 200702270338.
That MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS
NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND
ASSIGNS duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to CHWEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY
LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-B by Assignment dated February 28, 2013 and recorded on

NY 14580, in the County of Monroe and State of New York, and are described in said Mortgage
and in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of Defendant(s) in and to the land lying
in the street and roads in front of and adjoining said Mortgaged Premises.
