VOLUNTARY EFFICIENT LITIGATION STIPULATIONS The Early Organizational Meeting Stipulation, Discovery Resolution Stipulation, and Motions in Limine Stipulation are Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles voluntary stipulations entered into by the parties. The parties may enter into one, two, or all three of the stipulations; however, they may not alter the stipulations as written, because the Court wants to ensure uniformity of application. Los Angeles County Bar Association These stipulations are meant to encourage cooperation Litigation Section Los Angeles County between the parties and to assist in resolving issues in a Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section manner that promotes economic case resolution and judicial efficiency.
