Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rules 3.110(e), the parties hereby stipulate as follows:

Petitioner Jason Gill filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to have the Office of
Short Term Rentals (“OSTR”) set aside its November 29, 2018 order denying his
appeal, thereby denying his application for a short-term rental certificate; and to grant
his application for a short-term rental certificate.
Petitioner-requested that the City and County of San Francisco (“City”) prepare the
administrative record. ,
The City certified the administrative record on February 11, 2020.
On Thursday March 5, 2020, the City notified counsel for Petitioner of its intent to
dernurrer to the petition for writ of mandate.
. On Monday March 9, 2020, counsel for the parties met and conferred regarding the
demurrer. Both counsel agreed to explore alternatives to litigation. The parties agree
to stay any litigationfor 45 days and work in good faith towards settlement.
The City shall not file its demurrer or other responsive pleading before April 27, 2020.
There is no trial date set.
The court will not be prejudiced while the parties explore settlement.
