Upon inquiry of Court if Plaintiff re-filed the case in the hope to obtain a different result by another Judge, Mr. Dean stated he did. Colloquy regarding Court either denying the motion or transferring matter back to Department 13. Mr. Dean stated he would rather be transferred back to Department 13. COURT ORDERED, case to be TRANSFERRED to Department 13. Court stated it would generate the order to transfer matter back to Department 13.
