At 3:40 p.m. After hearing from the testimonies, the Court denies the petitioner's request for a restraining order. The temporary restraining order is terminated. The Court order case number 17CEFL03220 to be dismissed. The Court refers the parties to Tier II mediation for 8/29/17 at 1:00 p.m. in case number 12CEFL00997 with a return to court date for 9/22/17 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 304. The Court modifies the current custody order in case number 12CEFL00997 as the following: The mother shall have supervised visits. The Court recommends the supervised visits be provided by an agency on the Court's list of approved providers. The list of approved providers is available on the FCS website (www.fresno.courts.ca.gov/family/family_court_services.php). The list is also available from the Family Court Services clerk's office. The supervised visitations shall occur at Comprehensive Youth Services located on 4545 N. West Ave. Fresno, CA 93705, telephone number 559-229-3561. Both parties are to register with the agency within five (5) days of the signing of this court order. The cost of supervised visitation shall be paid by the mother. Each parent shall be responsible for his/her own registration fees and/or orientation cost. The parties shall follows the agency's policies and procedures regarding visitation. The supervising agency shall determine the times, days, and conditions for visitation which shall not exceed 1 visits per week, for no more than 2 hours per visit. A copy of the modified custody order is given to the parties.
