Martins (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 471, 479-480 [statute protected former husband an action brought by former wife to collect child support, claiming that former husband evaded child-support judgment through modification of their mother’s estate plan.) Here, Mr. Firsov claims that Ms. Berman wrongly filed papers with the Family Court in support of a motion for attorneys fees.
