This Tentative Ruling is made by Judge Eumi K. Lee The unopposed motion of plaintiff Capital One Bank (USA) N.A., to vacate dismissal and enter judgment on the parties' stipulation is GRANTED.
According to plaintiff, defendant Bernardo defaulted by making only $3,147.36 in payments, and making no payments after September 8, 2020. (Buiza Decl., para.6-8.)
Pursuant to the stipulation, judgment is to be entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant Bernardo in the amount of $3,919.50, including $3,330 in principal and $589.50 in costs.
The court will sign the proposed order and judgment.
