ORDER RE: COMPLIANCE
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case
Management Statements, without a conference.
Plaintiffs, Dalia Sanchez Becerra, Juan Sanchez Munoz, and Anaisebel Tirrado Nunez, and
Defendant, General Motors LLC, are EACH ordered to pay $500 in sanctions to the Superior
Court, County of Alameda, within 30 days from this order. (CCP 177.5; Court Orders of 1/11/24
and 8/1/22. The Court is setting a compliance hearing at the date and time below to confirm
timely payment of sanctions.
The basis for the sanctions is as follows. On 1/11/24, the Court issued the following order.
