The Hon. Diane Croff is a judge for the Pinellas County Court in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. She was appointed to the bench by Governor Ron DeSantis in November 2021, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. Myra Scott McNary (Ret.).
Croff has presided over county traffic cases.
Prior to her appointment, Croff was chief assistant statewide prosecutor with the Florida Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution, a position she held since 2011. In addition, she served as a judge advocate with the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Coast Guard Reserve.
She received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. Croff went on to complete a J.D. at Suffolk University Law School in 2000.
At the time of her appointment, she was a resident of St. Petersburg, Florida.
