The Hon. Daniel M. Cordis is an associate judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He was appointed to the bench by the judges of the 10th Judicial Circuit in 2019, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. Kirk Shoenbein.
The 10th Judicial Circuit includes Marshall County, Peoria County, Putnam County, Stark County, and Tazewell County.
Prior to his appointment, Cordis was the owner of the Cordis Law Office, a law firm located in Princeville. He specialized in family law and estate law.
Cordis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002. He then completed a J.D. at DePaul University College of Law in 2005.
