amount of $120,958.78 plus interest at the rate of $16.27 per diem from May 16, 2024 to the date
of judgment in this matter, plus an additional amount representing the reasonable costs,
disbursements and attorney's fees incurred in this matter, on the ground that this action is based
upon an instrument for the payment of money only which is now due and payable, and for such
other and further relief as to this court may seemjust and proper.
The above-entitled action seeks judgment on a promissory note.
