We recently obtained the Petition and Order to Show Cause through the County Clerk's office this past Friday. It appears from the Order that Plaintiff was required to serve the City by March 26, 2024, and that any answering papers are to be served by today, April 1, 2024. As my client was never served and we just recently obtained these documents, I am respectfully requesting an adjournment of the April 9, 2024 conference to allow for addit ional t ime to respond.
