Dear Mr. Giacovas:
At the Special Meeting of Unit Owners of the 13 Harrison Street CondomiMum on
January 3, 2019, the Unit Owners voted to remove all of the members of the Board of Managers
and elected Arnulf Damerau and Atish Bagchi as the new members of the Board, effective
immediately.
In addition, pursuant to a Unanimous Written Consent of the Board of Managers, dated
January 30, 2019, the Board has removed the previous officers of the Condeniinium, and
appointed the following effective immediately: President - Arnulf
officers, (1) Damerau; (2)
Vice - Atish Andreea and
President Bagchi; (3) Secretary: Popa; (4) Treasurer: Atish Bagchi.
The new Board and officers can be reached as follows: (1) Arnulf Damerau (email:

267-235-8191); and (3) Andreea Popa (email: popa@euroatlantic.eu).

other information pertinent for the operation of the Condomiñiuni, to the Board by email as listed
in the previous paragraph. This should include any previously or currently approved work, and
any other outstanding issues or problems of which the Board and/or the officers should be aware.
