Overview
This is an action for breach of a lease agreement between Safeway and Defendant
Motoring Company of the Hamptons LLC ("MCH") in which MCH has breached its obligation
to return a $12,000 security deposit due and owing to Safeway. Safeway made repeated efforts to
obtain payment from MCH and its managing member, Defendant Salvatore Biundo ("Biundo"),
without the need for court proceedings, but MCH and Blundo have refused to pay the amount
clearly due and owing to Safeway.
