This is an action to foreclose a commercial mortgage against real property located

in Queens County known as 67-31 47th Avenue, Woodside, NY 11377 (Block 02431, Lot 0001)

(the “Property”), and more particularly described in the “Schedule A” attached hereto as Exhibit

A, and, upon the sale of the Property and disbursement of proceeds to Plaintiff, for a deficiency

judgment, if any, against the commercial mortgagor’s personal guarantor.
